We review all applications and select those that fit our job profile the best.

Phone call

We call candidates to confirm that they are still interested, provide details on their potential duties, and learn what they expect from the company and the job. We respect your time. That is why you will get feedback after a specific time following the conversation inviting you to an interview or thanking you for your effort with a justification.

Stage 4

Face to face interview

It is the pinnacle of the recruitment process for us, so we provide the best comfort and ambience for the talk. The interviews can be online or in-person depending on the candidate's preferences. The meeting is usually attended by an HR representative and the Manager of the department you apply to. We will talk about your experience, motivation, and professional preferences. You will also get the most important insight into the company and the job. Some positions may require two interviews or recruitment tools. You will always know how long the process will take and how many parts it has.

The personal data are processed for the purposes of the recruitment process for a position specified in the job advertisement or for future recruitment processes.

You may access your personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict the processing of the data, move it, withdraw the consent, object, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

By clicking ‘Apply’, ‘Apply now’, or otherwise sending your job application to Profix sp. z o.o. (the Employer, Controller),

you consent to have your personal data in the application processed by the Employer for the purposes of the recruitment process for the position specified in the advertisement.

3. The recipients of job candidates' personal data will be processors of the data under a contract made with the Controller to process the data particularly third parties handling the recruitment process and organisations authorised by the law to receive the data.

4. The job candidate's personal data will be stored:
a. until the end of the recruitment process for the position specified in the advertisement,
b. if the candidate consents to the processing of their data for future recruitment processes by the Controller, until the consent is withdrawn but not longer than a year following the consent.

5. The candidates have the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data:
a. the right to access the personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict the processing of the data, and move it,
b. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if the processing of the personal data is believed to breach the General Data Protection Regulation.
c. the right to withdraw the consent any time. The withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. The consent can be withdrawn by sending an e-mail to odo@profix.com.pl.

6.The provision of data as required by the Labour Code or other special regulations (as required in the advertisement) is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. If a candidate fails to provide such data, they may be excluded from the recruitment process. Any other data is freely given and does not affect the eligibility for the recruitment process.
